I started a swap on Swap Bot. It's not craft related. I want new running music, so it's for a running mix cd. Hopefully there are other runners on Swap Bot.

I'm a bit of a political and news junkie. I don't want this to be a political blog. However, I have to say, I am happy with McCain's choice for a running mate. I'm hoping this is a major screw up for McCain. He has been questioning Obama's experience, but he places this women just steps from the presidency. At his age, there's a really good chance she could end up having to lead the country. August 29 was John McCain's 72nd birthday. If elected, he'd be the oldest president ever inaugurated. And after months of slamming Barack Obama for "inexperience," here's who John McCain has chosen to be one heartbeat away from the presidency: a right-wing religious conservative with no foreign policy experience, who until recently was mayor of a town of 9,000 people.
